Most leadership assessments confuse altitude with virtue. They reward "strategic thinking" as if the Rooftop were always the right place to stand.\n\nWBR makes no such claim. The Window is where customers live. The Balcony is where systems are visible. The Rooftop is where futures are sketched. Each is a legitimate vantage point; none is sufficient alone.\n\nThe Perspective Drift Index reads the gap between where a leader habitually stands and where the work currently requires them to stand. Drift is not a flaw — it is data.
