Why the Hub is not a network.

A structural argument for orchestrated practice.

Most consulting "networks" are referral marketplaces. A lead arrives, gets matched to a contractor, and the platform takes a clip. Accountability is diffuse. Method is whatever the contractor brought.\n\nThe Glocal Associates Hub is structurally different. Every engagement is convened by a UGS partner, scoped through a shared diagnostic, staffed by named associates with regional fluency, and held to a single OD discipline.\n\nThe network model optimises for transaction volume. The Hub model optimises for outcome integrity. That is the choice we made — deliberately, and at some cost to growth velocity.
