Intellectual Property Notice.

Unveil Global Solutions (UGS) LTD develops and maintains a body of proprietary Organisational Development frameworks, assessments and methods. This notice sets out the marks and rights asserted by UGS.

Proprietary marks

• SDML™ — Strategic Development & Management Leadership programme (unregistered trademark; registration in process).
• SDML® — registered designation applied to the flagship programme in jurisdictions where registration has been granted.
• USERS™ — the executive cohort designation used in conjunction with the SDML programme.
• WBR™ — the Window / Balcony / Rooftop vantage-point model and the associated Perspective Meter assessment.
• The Glocal Associates Hub — the operating model that organises UGS's senior associates across regions and pillars.

Use of the marks

The marks above must be used in their correct form, with the appropriate ™ or ® symbol, and attributed to UGS LTD on first prominent use. Use of any UGS mark in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or accreditation without a written agreement is prohibited.

All written content, diagrams, assessments, scoring rubrics and downloadable reports on this Site are © Unveil Global Solutions (UGS) LTD. Quoting short passages for review or academic citation is permitted with attribution. Republication, training of machine learning models on UGS content, and commercial reuse require written permission.
