Unveil Global Solutions (UGS) LTD ("UGS", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This notice describes what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you can exercise. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK Data Protection Act 2018, and equivalent instruments in the jurisdictions where we operate.
1. Who we are
UGS LTD is an Organisational Development and Strategic Advisory firm established in 2018. For privacy enquiries, contact privacy@unveilglobalsolutions.co.ke.
2. Data we collect
- Discovery enquiries. When you submit the engagement form we collect your name, work email, role, organisation, country, sector, the challenge you describe and your stated timeline and budget.
- WBR Perspective Meter. If you complete the assessment, your responses are processed to generate a Perspective Index Score. You may optionally provide contact details to receive a copy of your report.
- Insights subscribers. If you opt in, we store your email to send UGS Insights dispatches.
- Technical data. Server logs (IP, user agent, referrer) used for security and aggregate analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
3. Why we process it (lawful basis)
- Consent — for Insights subscriptions and optional assessment reporting.
- Legitimate interests — to respond to discovery enquiries, prevent abuse of our services, and maintain the security of our systems.
- Contractual necessity — when delivering engagements you or your organisation has commissioned.
4. How long we retain data
Discovery enquiries are retained for 24 months unless you ask us to delete sooner. Assessment results are retained for 12 months. Engagement records are retained for the period required by our professional obligations (typically 7 years).
5. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with: (i) the senior UGS specialist reviewing your enquiry; (ii) infrastructure providers (database hosting, email delivery) under written processor agreements; (iii) regulators where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
UGS operates across multiple jurisdictions. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@unveilglobalsolutions.co.ke. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8. Cookies
We use a minimal set of first-party cookies strictly necessary for session management. We do not use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies.
