The Mark · SDML®

An attestation. Not an award.

The SDML® Recognition is an evidence-based programme completion mark conferred by Unveil Global Solutions on organisations that have completed all three phases of USERS™ and met defined assessment thresholds across governance, financial, and stakeholder dimensions.

What SDML® Is

A structural recognition. Not a marketing badge.

SDML® is conferred only when an independent UGS assessment confirms that an organisation's governance, strategy, and stakeholder systems meet the thresholds set across the three USERS™ phases.

It is not an award. It is not paid-for. It cannot be self-declared. It is the formal closing act of a multi-year OD intervention — the receipt for transformation completed to standard.

What It Signals

A signal to investors, regulators, and markets.

The mark is structured to be legible to the audiences that matter. Investors read it as due-diligence shorthand. Regulators read it as integrated ESG control evidence. Markets read it as leadership posture.

Recognised organisations may display the mark on annual reports, investor communications, and corporate websites for a defined recognition cycle, subject to ongoing condition compliance.

Assessment Criteria

Three thresholds. One unified standard.

01

Structural Integrity

Governance frameworks, board oversight architecture, policy taxonomy, and risk universe are documented, operating, and independently auditable.

02

Financial Credibility

A financially material sustainability strategy is integrated into board-level decision-making, with investor-grade disclosures prepared against IFRS S1 / S2.

03

Stakeholder Legitimacy

A credible, evidence-based impact report has been produced under GRI standards and validated through structured stakeholder engagement.
