These terms govern your use of this website (the "Site") operated by Unveil Global Solutions (UGS) LTD. By accessing the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information, not advice
Content on the Site — including frameworks, articles and the WBR Perspective Meter — is provided for general information and reflection. It does not constitute legal, financial, regulatory or fiduciary advice. Engagement-grade advisory work is delivered only under a written engagement letter.
2. Intellectual property
All content, frameworks, marks and assessments are the property of UGS LTD or its licensors. SDML™, USERS™, WBR™ and SDML® are proprietary marks of UGS LTD. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. Republication, scraping, commercial reuse and derivative works are prohibited without written permission.
3. Assessments & user-generated input
When you complete an assessment or discovery form, you warrant that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. UGS may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve its frameworks.
4. Confidentiality of enquiries
Discovery enquiries are reviewed only by senior UGS personnel and are treated as confidential under our standard NDA principles. See our Privacy Notice for how personal data is handled.
5. No warranty
The Site is provided on an "as is" basis. UGS makes no warranties as to availability, accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. UGS does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UGS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any reliance placed on its content.
7. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party sites. UGS does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content of those sites.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, save where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
9. Changes
UGS may amend these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
